The key tenant features of Workspeed are:
• 24/7 Service requests
• Status updates of the service request
• Tenant announcements
• Tenant information documents
Workspeed allows prompt communication regarding important building announcements that are sent directly to the tenant’s email. To ensure that all requests are handled promptly, we have also incorporated a tenant emergency line that provides access to our Property Management and Services team, 24/7.
We strive to promptly and courteously respond to all of our tenants needs through frequent inspections of the building and supervision of the building personnel while operating and maintaining the building in accordance with the highest industry standards. However, in the event that repairs may be needed such as a leak, lights out, or other maintenance items, please notify Property Management.
